Have you been happy with the service that has been provided to you here at Portway?

At Portway Dental we are dedicated to providing dentistry to the highest of standards but there may be time when you feel this has not happened or there may be time where you feel we have excelled your expectations.

If in any way, you were dissatisfied or unhappy with the service you received from any member of the team, or treatment received, or you feel we went above and beyond your expectations, then please do not hesitate to inform us.

We have a complaints procedure drawn up to respond to patients’ grievances. We hope you will use it to allow us to look in to, and if necessary, correct any problems or mistakes that have been made.

Your feedback is always welcome to help us improve the service we provide to you. Please feel free to take part in the surveys we have below.

Please be reminded, Portway Dental will be closed from Wednesday 24th December
and we will reopen on Monday 5th January

This Christmas, we are working with the 24/7 Dentist who will be seeing any registered patient that has a dental emergency on a private basis.

All calls can be made from 08:00. Their appointment times are as follows:

25th December: 09:00am – 4:00am

26th December: 09:00am – 4:00am

27th December: Midday – 4:00am

28th December: Midday – 4:00am

29th December: 1:00pm – 4:00am

30th December: 1:00pm – 4:00am

31st December: 1:00pm – 4:00am

1st January: 1:00pm – 4:00am

2nd January: 6:00pm – 4:00am

Alternatively if you wish to
see one of our Dentists, appointments will be available from Monday 5th
January.
